Tempe Mechanical was founded on the virtues of customer service. When the company was started 1986, there was a lack of service oriented companies in the valley. This continual focus on customer service has allowed the company to grow and prosper over the years.

We offer a full range of preventative maintenance packages for the home and business owner. From a simple quarterly filter change to a full scale building maintenance, we do it all.

We work with APS and SRP to consistently get our customers rebates on the equipment that we install. We can recommend equipment and redesign the Plumbing and HVAC systems for the customer. The new equipment and design always lowers the energy costs for the customer, so it is a real win/win.

Tempe Mechanical Service Products

We offer a wide range of products for the owner who is looking to make their building “green.”

EH20– This product will dramatically decrease the amount of water used for blow down cycles in cooling towers. It also completely eliminates the need for chemical treatment.

Evaporcool– This system is an innovative machine that lowers the air temperature before it is processed by the air conditioning system, reducing energy use and saving the owner money.

We also work directly with Green HVAC to supply and install energy saving products for all of our customers, big or small.
